About Me

Beyond design, I love spending time with Cooper (Hope he feels the same way 😜). I’m an avid reader, and recently polished off my most recent to-read list - finishing up Matheson’s works. I also love writing, live to laugh and enjoy paper folding (origami). Fun fact: I have eaten the hottest pepper in the world (Carolina Reaper).

Who I Am

A big-picture thinker who focuses on crafting honest and meaningful experiences..

How I Help

Think

Gather research, consult SMEs, conduct observations - all to engage and empathize with users and their needs. Form a clear idea of who the product is for and how it will help them. Define the problem from the perception of the users’ needs, propose a solution that aligns with business objectives.

Make

Brainstorm and generate ideas. Look at the problem from different perspectives and ideate innovation solutions. Map flows, create sketches and design wireframes. Define interactions and build a prototype that can be tested with the target audience.

Check

Learn how users respond to the solution and gather feedback from project stakeholders. Gain insight into usability, identify pain points and look out for opportunities or gaps in the experience. Make adjustments to designs accordingly, and iterate, where necessary.
